Affiliation Application Process

This manual document provides detailed instructions for the Affiliation Application Process. The document outlines the steps involved in the application process, including user actions and administrative procedures.

2. Process Overview:

The Affiliation Application Process consists of several steps, including:

  • End user sign-up and make a Payment for Affiliation Form/Registration Fee
  • Verification and approval of the Affiliation Form/Registration Fee, Enable Login Credentials
  • End User Login and Submission of Affiliation Application Fee (Except for Extension)
  • Admin review/Verification the Affiliation Application Fee and Enable the Affiliation Application Form
  • End User fill the Affiliation Application Form & submit the application
  • Verification and Approval of Affiliation / Extension Application
  • Submission of Affiliation/Extension Fee (as per Unit or Intake)
  • Fee verification and issuance of the Affiliation/Extension Letter

3. Step-by-Step Instructions:

3.1. End User Sign-up:

  • End users must navigate to the sign-up page on the platform. - Fill in the required information, including institution details. - Proceed to make the Application Form/Registration Fee payment of Rs. 2500/-.

3.2. Admin Verification and Approval:

  • Admin reviews the fee payment - Upon successful verification, the Admin approves the Application Form/Registration Fee payment and Enable the Login Credentials.

3.3. End User Fee payment (Except for Extension):

  • End Users log in using their credentials and proceed to make the Affiliation Application Fee payment as per norms.

3.4. Admin reviews the Fee payment:

  • Admin reviews the Affiliation Application Fee payment - Upon successful verification, the Admin approves the Affiliation Application Fee payment and Enable the Affiliation Application Page.

3.5. End User Login and Application Submission:

  • End Users log in using their credentials - Navigate to the Affiliation Application Section and fill in the required details. - Upload necessary documents and provide Inspection Fee details. - Submit the application and await approval from the University End.

3.6. University Verification and Approval of Application:

  • University reviews the submitted application and documents. - Verify the provided details and inspect the application. - Upon satisfactory review, the University approves the application for further processing.

3.7. Submission of Affiliation Fee Details:

  • End users log in again using their credentials. - Navigate to the payment section and enter Affiliation Fee details as per Intake or Unit requirements.

3.8. Verification and Issuance of Affiliation Letter:

  • Admin verifies the Affiliation Fee details provided by the End User. - Upon successful verification, the University issues the Affiliation Letter to the End User.
